Mr.Jenkins was the President of First Advantage CoreFacts, before and after the sale of CoreFacts to First Advantage Corporation(NASDAQ:FADV), a leading global risk mitigation and business solutions provider. Prior to CoreFacts, he was an executive at two leading global investigative consulting firms.

He has managed a number of high-profile investigations ranging from the SEC receivership inquiry for receiver Charles G. LaBella into PinnFund, USA, a $330 million complex mortgage securities fraud, to the successful criminal defense of former Orange County Sheriff Michael Carona against federal charges of honest services mail fraud and public corruption. He also served as counsel to the Rampart Independent Review Panel, a body created by the Los Angeles Police Commission, which was responsible for reviewing the LAPD’s Board of Inquiry Report and conducting a comprehensive examination of the police department in the wake of the Rampart corruption scandal.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Excel Telecommunications, a Dallas, Texas-based wholesale provider of telecommunications services and operator of a nationwide telephone network.

Mr.Jenkins was a Deputy District Attorney in Orange County, California and an attorney ay Hill, Wynne, Troop & Meisinger and Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, two Los Angeles-based full service law firms. He holds a B.A. and a J.D. from the University of Southern California.
